I work with adults ((ages 21 and older) of all genders, orientations, and identities. I strive to create a space that is mindful of the impact of personal and systemic trauma, is LGBTQIA+, poly, and kink affirming; sex positive, and body neutral.
To protect your confidentiality, and to avoid conflicts of interest, I do not accept 3rd party referrals.

I integrate different therapeutic approaches: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Art Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Therapy to create a treatment plan that is adapted to your needs.
About DBT
Dialectical Behavior Therapy is an evidenced-based psychotherapy approach that builds 4 basic skills: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Emotional Regulation.
About EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing is an evidenced-based psychotherapy approach supports the client in reprocessing negative thought patterns by incorporating a rhythmic left/right stimuli (visual, auditory or tactile) called Bi-lateral Stimulation (BLS).
