Getting Started
Please click the button below to make an appointment request. This is the link to the client portal. New clients can check appointment availability and request appointments. The client portal is also where you will be able to access and complete the required forms to become established as a new client.
All paperwork must be submitted at least 3 working days prior to your first appointment to allow time to review your forms and verify your insurance coverage.
Prior to your first session, you will also need to email a copy of your driver's license (front) and insurance card (front and back) to: admin@anahatacounseling.org. The client portal does not allow you to upload these forms at this time.

Please be advised that I do not work with clients who are required to attend counseling by a 3rd party (court ordered/CYFD/probation), or are currently experiencing legal issues.
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, I am seeing new clients only via Telehealth. If you need to meet in person, you must provide proof that you have been completely vaccinated against Covid-19.
